  • We / I: Lawson Hart personally and, where applicable, collaborators operating or maintaining the Website.

  • Comments Service: The comments system and related auth, moderation, and discussion features, including comments.lawsonhart.me.
  • Games Service: The games website and related multiplayer, session, chat, and gameplay features, including games.lawsonhart.me.
  • You: The individual accessing the Website or an entity acting through an individual.

Service-Specific Scope

  • The comments service may process GitHub authentication data and stores the comments, replies, and reactions you leave.
  • The games service may process browser information plus temporary gameplay submissions, chat, and room or session data that you provide while playing.
  • Most temporary gameplay submissions and room or session data are deleted after about 24 hours, while comments-related data may remain longer because it forms part of the public discussion or moderation record.
